Job Description/Main Duties:
' i$ I8 j( `! y  z" v# c-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
) r4 _# u7 \0 X5 K-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
, y* L, t+ b9 Q- K6 }1 _-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
: N& |/ D/ f2 ?1 X-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
. u" p* F6 u. S-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Employment Requirements:

  [( H$ z9 ^+ w" ^-        Completion of secondary school is required
' p$ `0 i9 ?% U9 l9 e9 r-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
