Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
; f! L4 D% r8 h# M-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
1 p  y! ]4 e& B5 {, k) f8 B; F-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
" D! d2 [* s! ~* M9 t4 H-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
' v9 s6 H8 {! B0 Q% z* n  k-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
( x5 c! O7 C7 r, T& h1 ?-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
; _( l7 M. {5 j" |6 _-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
