3,4月份适合学车和考路试吗? 想买新VAN,有何建议???

今天终于考了7号车牌. 好高兴哦..... 由于我有中国的驾驶证,公证后可以考5号牌. 但是不知道现在这么冷的天气, 地上又有雪,什么时候开始学车比较好? 有哪位好教练可以介绍呢? 想买新车"VAN", 不知道在哪里买比较好? 希望有经验的, 能给些建议? 谢谢啦......
