可是书上好象只对<＝16岁的做了规定啊：According to the law in Alberta, it is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that all passengers under the age of 16 years are properly restrained in the vehicle. 那如果开车出去，司机要保证车子里面所有的人都迹好安全带？有人故意不纪安全带，司机岂不是要吃罚单？好像说不通啊。。。。。。
