I need your help on how to interpreted the following sentence, which is excerpted from a UA document. % N/ m, E( g* u8 E

"A student's progress is evaluated on completion of academic studies for Fall/Winter" * E" o& p6 ^6 y) | c* C' O! d% }* H1 S# v6 u7 A
My question is which of the following two interpretations is correct?; X9 c% i8 Q: q0 f( Z; I
, I" \3 e3 n# \: r) i& U% R2 O
1. The progress will be evaluated on completion of Fall studies (First year student)0 y5 p8 r: C/ q! c' W; q) X
2. The progress will NOT be evaluated UNTIL completion of both Fall and Winter terms? ( p# O. X& p1 N# r7 q1 B4 A l ~ O" s7 r

"A student's progress is evaluated on completion of academic studies for Fall/Winter" means the evaluation would be made at the end of each of Fall semester and Winter semester.
