Responsibilities
. g% n: S" o- I0 P, B■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
Experience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
+ g& t6 T- L& U( o) T■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
2 h7 J6 W; w8 X  Y$ z■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
6 a" {- g# ^) M) n% ^9 D# e■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
