不知道放那,先写到这儿8.想到E屯买个房,也不知道去那问.
真是搞不懂,加拿大都在讨论都在房子的事,只有这个坛子,一点动静也没有.有没有明白人给点信息啥的.

The price of a typical Edmonton home will rise by 8% during 2006, the Edmonton Real Estate Board forecast yesterday.

Board president Madeline Sarafinchan estimated prices for a house in Edmonton will range from $238,000 to $240,000. Condominium prices are expected to rise 6%, reaching an average $149,000.

"Home construction has peaked as builders reach capacity, and in-migration will continue to create demand for housing," Sarafinchan told realtors at their annual forecast seminar.

Ian Glassford, chief financial officer of Capital City Savings and Credit Union, told realtors that Edmonton prices are still reasonable.

"There is no bubble issue in Edmonton, or the Alberta region," said Glassford. He predicted another quarter to half percentage rise in interest rates early this year, an increase that's not expected to impact home sales.

A day after Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation announced record home construction for Edmonton, analyst Richard Goatcher told realtors to expect continued fast-paced building, but not at record levels.

CMHC reported 7,623 new homes were built or started in metropolitan Edmonton in 2005. He predicts 7,100 this year.

没看懂,E城的2STORY 21.5W,是平均价格吗? 什么房子啊?听说,以前与卡城的房价差不多的说,怎么现在有30%的差???
说说看一般什么样保值和增值快,咱也买一套.

2STORY 21.5W说的可不是什么“平均价格”，叫“标准 2-STORY 价格”，只是为计算方便而定的一个基准价格。

如：标准 2-STORY =21。5W，涨到 22 W，
你的房子是 30 W，新价为

30 x ( 22/21.5) = 30.70 W

这样做的目的是便于比较同样的房子在不同地区的价格变化。

不知你的价格，地区有考虑了没有。把价位，地区定下来，然后去看 LOT，看 SHOW HOME，多看，多研究。多问已经买房子的人。

关心买房子的人其实很多，楼主没有看见而已。问题是众口难调，坛子里解决不了每家每户的具体问题，需要自己亲自到市场上去转转，别急于购买，看完了再有针对性地提出问题，也许会有经验丰富的前辈指点迷津。
