The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

# @, K3 @3 h4 b, h• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required# }7 x1 F& l; x) p
• Answer multi line telephone system7 c3 K6 {% ~" b8 Q; j- \9 M; b
+ D- e' h& L1 p4 N8 d* B8 u5 mAdministration:
) ]1 c: k' D+ u0 k% V) U) H• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads) z% x, T; [1 V1 N
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits9 |% X( m9 C6 y6 P% k7 z# |0 l: R
• Input and manage high volume of data

• Generate monthly reports and statistics; {/ g- p* D* J- s$ e+ i, k- d
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation- R" K6 q( ?# y2 O7 c- l8 C# U
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits

• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors; Y3 V% h. m3 b2 U# i
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre6 ~1 {" t, f D1 {, H! j! S: m6 _3 Q& o
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients; j$ t6 } u* R' E

Qualifications: }" c3 `* Q* b" z: ^
+ Q0 N* ?- j! E, X• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure, Q; O3 r' Q# z) n7 t
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
0 u0 U+ U( H4 ^& ?( ?6 h• Excellent verbal and written communication skills+ M' Y0 }. ^0 }# c; p* o- k0 y
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work5 ?+ \0 _* P+ a1 K$ G
