$ @5 P3 ^  X" Z+ S' w. iTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
& g1 ?) \- u" q- T8 O+ jservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

8 u* U' A* Z( P2 j* U- @1 eTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
' u7 Y1 j; \  @: K1 Phand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
1 g- r5 g( W  ?Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
" E/ j0 H8 M, j: k7 R4 zyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
0 T5 m) |% ?7 Ein the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
5 A) |( w  |1 [are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
8 T5 e7 ~2 c! U) B2 [* f5 p- D6 Qbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

6 A  d3 R, G0 b( P; A8 \$ xThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
0 x! g2 J5 Z- `Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
/ z" N: P- q5 N5 y2 U/ C9 S2 }9 rRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
