7 T* e/ F0 ?3 O+ C Bservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing ' ~+ \, S' w/ g( J, k4 b

/ J( I6 y. J, I6 sTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
% ?0 z0 z4 d# I, H: |5 q& [: Thand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
4 t+ N& ~- ?& q% D. d# NEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
; c: y+ ]( J o! oyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
! H1 I$ i4 f3 A, N, x" rin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
$ q' V+ ^- x5 T, d/ o8 g/ [( |are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 3 W0 V7 N) t4 o8 i
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
4 Y/ h+ R& P+ X; g0 f6 }) jaccountable to the project coordinator. / k1 ^7 ` U/ q. A3 M+ m6 {* M
; h6 _8 {3 [6 J' uThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
q& V v% F+ _, ^schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ; E* U, ?, \, {8 `7 `
desirable.

Qualifications ! J4 m/ _4 n3 M8 ]7 u
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
4 Z; U6 j1 g8 Q$ ]- W) A. Z: \5 iKeen ability to organize and lead
" d) q h" `5 s+ XRegular attendance at meetings
. g& r$ ?) q T) M3 D6 b6 URelate well with other youth and adults
; g* v; A* _0 A9 }5 }Willing to be mentored and trained
