Job Description
  V3 e5 A7 v5 C; t•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
& }6 f4 K+ l' E•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
1 m0 G( ^: J8 H5 J  M9 W•        Serve food and beverages
  Y% O9 `+ W$ |! N( `7 R•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
* d. W/ n, ?' }. q4 \: L8 h•        Banquet room set up/tear down
+ D9 u0 B. P7 a& K•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
0 r8 p7 R. }- L9 k, \•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player
