  p" i, h' e' I- e5 z' ]-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
4 E5 g5 B+ V5 l: z# m9 Y- i-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
9 ^/ T+ ^' n7 |! d, e" c6 C# j' k-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

5 n6 q/ j7 @2 V7 D6 ?4 P, a- pQualifications:
  y3 @; y' z# w9 `% J" m-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
* Z; J; X) v* M, ?1 z) H-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
# I) Z( J3 `) R/ _! _2 I2 @7 q-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
