Job Duties / Responsibilities
As Rotating Equipment Discipline team member
• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
/ k9 R' D% L4 S0 H; U" w( ~% Z• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
6 g: i+ y' l- W. R+ N$ C) R• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
3 C1 E7 n, I7 y6 ~• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
, _! t5 ]& F4 d. Q) d4 L• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
