• Familiarize with the assigned process units
' O+ j3 D `9 L6 F( n* l+ F• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
, P& |- t& d. N• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
* p4 j3 ^; R4 U! l. w• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
* t+ n0 w/ k2 f! b! N• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation$ u3 a$ x0 S& p1 S) |! P" W9 f
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
