Job Duties / Responsibilities
! I/ \" g5 ]5 }" ^" D# p% f! W& P• Familiarize with the assigned process units
: B& g( U% i3 M• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. ! {' h) l, J- \. f. D" o' O
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
0 t& p8 p# Q9 b7 y" i• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.& v- n: V# o8 Q9 ~* ?4 J2 B; g
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
& Q1 I5 f- J- F5 L- J/ h. s• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.* r# E% |4 X6 \% G8 R( q0 B: q0 e% `
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
