- N5 S1 Z2 [; C9 uManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
" p0 l$ }3 |4 G  Lment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
6 }8 U* c. n/ p: cThe duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
3 k/ U/ q! c+ z, t. }Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
: C: o. ^+ V* k8 u6 [9 CŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
$ s2 R! P4 R1 m! j( d8 ~Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
$ g9 C7 J; y* k8 n5 Zimplementing staff wellness programs;
6 R( e1 S* N" eŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
9 b& Y2 T% @. O% MŸ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
- g: i2 G# M/ m- vŸ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
# C7 i* I1 r$ O" {, r6 b$ uŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
$ ?' E- I) f! m1 J. R! z; i2 y5 peducation and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
8 V0 x& z* K! Z3 JŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
" @/ ~$ |- R; }8 `+ ^" JŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
% g5 K6 F. R- l* B, Y: averbal and written.
# B2 ]7 x7 h$ b! h8 N  TLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
* e& F  s# o( h6 G$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
driver's abstract, and medical assessment.  Candidates will be advised of this requirement at the
time of interview.
