Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
& j0 L& v/ I( sment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.$ c# p& }7 v. d) k! p# N u
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
& F; a# ~4 O( O6 vŸ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
; o6 \! k. D- S0 |0 pthe organization;
& e# U( W: t; F' X0 Z5 x `7 dŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
5 P! m6 }+ X2 z \8 sŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical 4 d/ s0 U! m( q4 ^
support;
( g f; R9 N3 UŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and # U" C7 N- c2 r0 e
implementing staff wellness programs;
4 Z# F2 M( ~1 Y! jŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;# _3 k C* V# k
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
4 t( Y! _& E( P' ~1 [Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;( V! d& M9 [5 U: g* B& d0 U
Ÿ Other duties as required.

4 A- A; U/ z( H/ C& ^- k9 j7 GŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent 3 h2 i7 s/ F4 j& ?! i( o- ^, C
education and experience;
7 C) v$ [. r7 L- T/ b4 J6 V p/ d1 DŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
2 x3 p# I& E4 D: j; ], @. z- X# DŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
, D3 D8 H4 a( x8 N ZŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both & i! t l- _, C/ I( K+ `; n6 O
verbal and written.
8 h$ i$ m: j* O" }, t6 BLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. Salary Range 5 D8 B0 v5 }0 F4 Z& C2 s
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. . ?, Q) ^7 u; N/ y& m* G8 @3 x
