, y8 W+ ]0 O) ]2 F2 h& }ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
8 I' }& _& S7 J9 c2 K3 MThe duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
" {4 u" _8 y  o: t: QŸ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
& ]! m+ \( x7 ?Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
% z9 ?9 v: S8 P6 A- E% J2 jsupport;
$ [4 L" \: I( `  h2 i/ JŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
/ `% `5 W* e6 V& w, p$ L4 Zimplementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
$ b4 E  c1 T" P6 `( T; |Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
3 l* z( H" Z" |4 DŸ Other duties as required.
! {8 X. X3 W; C& ?( IQualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
education and experience;
3 d! Q+ ^3 O" i$ V8 _2 {: d( F% IŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
" I/ A' l1 O( ?! T$ G' V# hverbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
& B% N5 U5 T7 ]8 X1 T+ J% j( ]successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
driver's abstract, and medical assessment.  Candidates will be advised of this requirement at the
