- v! h2 Z( t0 J. r7 H" Z% W  YPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
" ^  o; h( Z* Z4 w# W+ n- y( iExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
! R! G* {$ b- N; L* V' d" t, pAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
5 j$ m3 K4 t6 ^* `8 \$ a. V3 NExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
1 n' E5 Z$ O, uStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
( s& C/ ]. M" A) h8 e) K& jUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
