Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities 0 y8 i) R! x& P- m, ?/ c6 U& q$ o0 @
Computer proficiency 0 n, H' b( o* g
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
+ p, P6 R) V; b. R5 i1 p# BUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories % v' E w9 S! G0 D! T
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
