Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
1 M9 I& c1 a' n7 G6 R8 \1 c$ ?6 d5 y6 UUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
" y. o: h3 C( E. v) b/ PExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
6 j* N) s0 h) S0 JExcellent communication and negotiation skills
8 v( X7 z: [* O) E C! j) T1 pExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
4 M6 y. c, l3 Z% m/ X; QCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
