* 2 tbsp olive oil& x- a! z8 j) u2 a) m
* 1 tbsp butter
% I7 V* s5 G- S; O5 C * 2 cups sliced chanterelle mushrooms

* 1 cup fresh corn kernels1 U& i' m) [! f1 ]8 }
* 1/2 cup water

Instructions

2 h* {) j8 k) lSlice the chanterelle mushrooms into nice big and thick slices. Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the mushroom slices and a pinch of salt in the pan. Give it a stir. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mushroom slices are lightly browned. 6 \3 Q; X; W6 O& r- C2 u8 S

Add 1 cup fresh corn kernels,
}+ k7 t* ~$ t; land 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper or 1/2 red bell pepper, and 1/2 cup water in the pan. Bring it to a simmer, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp butter and the juice of 1 lemon. Give it a mix. Turn the heat to low. - L, Z" h1 X$ B8 U. r% ~6 [

- B: Y, P2 u- U. `0 uSeason the 2 big halibut steaks with salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side.
