I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
: L. f1 R2 L) u7 o8 MMy West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
6 r5 L+ g3 J  J3 z6 |1 L3 zWithin this role you will be responsible for:
•        Processing payroll
•        Preparing reports
) q& F- Q# b7 N+ w* N•        Benefits deductions and administration
•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll

To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
! }% a4 W  _$ M- W7 p! b) E•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
5 a8 h, d" C8 @* P•        Union experience
# [: e+ M; m- [) I; P: ]3 W# M3 e$ z  l•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

* s8 x0 W% K; {# `9 S8 R- y, U( DI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
- [) J% l: k; Q1 NYou must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
) ^. ?1 s* f. Q  y( `! K* y/ [Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
