在电话上，老师叫我bring in some paper. 意思是让我拿纸记一下呢，还是让我带纸去找他呢？

if he/she is in the bathroom, bring he/she the paper as fast as you can before he/she shits in his/her pants.
seriously, bring in the paper is bring in the paper, just give him/her the freaking paper and you have done your job.
Will you even consider to bring someone to the place where the paper is? you are...interesting.
