I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
* f: u4 [, e- A8 u0 I. q/ xperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
- K: l" }4 w0 B8 u6 L& |4 r(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
+ `0 c0 |2 \  w' s( l: aSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
. R& ~. X! q* b- I$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
+ r0 c' z5 U9 K0 m) H/ ~be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
/ D) w$ G+ c2 s) J, Q* H30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
$ B0 s6 X/ C8 R2 o, _. dmonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
5 ?- d* V; t( I2 [/ \3 b) [5 @' xcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
