I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
5 X- |8 o/ ^/ O  zperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
7 m: V* `1 c* j. j(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
- e5 a; w9 x# RSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
6 l1 @: ^* N$ F2 d2 q$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
& b* g! W: `3 v0 I0 w9 _be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
. ]$ d$ F5 V, `( q" j$ o30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
5 E( |4 f* a/ V  A" C; _months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
. c. E% C; u+ m' scheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
% z; s; a1 k& s4 safter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
