Dear Friend,
6 `5 {1 O0 h4 x- @I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
5 ?8 ?) F6 w* _person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
/ w$ ]& P* @( J+ \3 g( `) X$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
4 ~0 x6 ^; A! _9 f# X30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
