I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
, [' W  v- j/ R- g. o% H(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
( s. _9 X3 U% A2 I3 s- }! N# z8 p$ n/ _Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

0 G4 o* P- V! fI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
1 _6 B7 H- w' x+ i5 W( |" |, ^3 p30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
