I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
# v9 K3 B( O3 Q; Vperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
4 W* {; ^" Z( Y3 a7 X$ c% l$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
2 g$ T3 m. l% s' A4 {1 f+ umonths, so it is still quite clean.

8 X1 r5 d* \4 A6 t+ VYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
  @# K) R2 o3 R: Scheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
' a$ P! z- Y+ i  p! g3 h: u( B/ A2 kafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
