- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy' M& _$ i2 S$ U7 P4 j
- conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities4 p6 e8 M4 E# F. J P

- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings

- attend meetings relevant to organizational mandate

% P% A+ t4 ]3 B% @7 E" r# T; y- work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation

Qualifications for this Position
& N2 H! `& g; s/ e- r: P
! p5 W5 P; M+ C+ N \4 J+ o- excellent knowledge of the issue of racism in Canadian society3 b# N" P3 N. w3 c& S
- demonstrated leadership abilities with youth/ T; t% M; {5 W2 T
- experience with project coordination
% o7 ?! ~6 F6 ?; Z+ \1 ^& v1 B- degree or diploma in human services field, f! }' m1 U+ V: u3 t% ^* c
- developed knowledge and skills in one or more performing arts
