The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to9 \' A7 K5 R4 r9 F4 `1 |' R
Tools -> Internet Options9 _) T1 P$ e. g, ~9 I5 {( c
Click the Connections Tab8 J/ Z9 o" C# P2 D8 C
Click the the "Lan Settings" button/ D+ R4 O% l/ m! r
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings": P7 ~/ d h+ s2 y2 h" n
Click Ok: J9 n* ^1 P0 U D M
Click Ok
