8 O1 C% s: Z; D, [' a Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

Responsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.  
Responsibilities

4 {& T4 |$ Y$ z' \4 Q- F6 |4 D* hElectrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate

) C  C& i- C9 WAchieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:
' V, C/ U) k3 W! X# b7 b+ i
; P6 `7 D1 T& C8 i( LManaging critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,
5 X" [& q, D/ R' _
Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,
$ r8 |7 t/ e7 j3 Z8 s# I' d2 e
. M8 V. k5 d2 J! J+ nEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

9 {1 b) H% G( K. y' A! PDeveloping and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

6 b: f9 t. H  L* U8 M: z# h9 D/ ~% ?+ rApplying design expertise with a goal towards continuous improvement.

Electrical design is in compliance with industry code and company standards

Providing electrical design expertise to projects,

Providing project managers and engineers with conceptual electrical design for projects of varying complexity,

* p8 B, M# e4 [Leading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects,

Incorporating new technology and best practices with focus on solving business problems and operational requirements in a competitive environment.  
Qualifications  
7 Y+ q! _- y+ Z- y1 Q9 g9 { Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.
- f+ H7 y/ @% {* a  v6 W/ f( A9 X
! k5 N- N* L( r10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
3 K# i2 Q# J% ], g& Z
5+ years AutoCAD experience.
1 T! y! j5 Q( X9 x& U# f0 N( b
Registered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.

- Y* e! a7 S* m  RExcellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.

2 }3 x% R1 t8 R# b' l) CStrong multi-tasking ability with well developed planning, organizing, coordinating and leadership skills.
