The IT Small Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing day to day technical support for SYSCO Edmonton. Responsibilities will include equipment management and support, basic network support and troubleshooting. v9 @& z/ r8 y" `* r- I3 _$ ?

§ Provide high level of customer service to internal customers
( _# r$ m6 c, [' \; I( |2 U! W) E§ Provide small systems technical support; troubleshoot problems and either resolve them independently or coordinate third party involvement in resolution
: q6 x! i/ `! v, I. }& f§ Hardware and software installation, configuration and implementation

§ Liaise with Corporate IT Helpdesk

R/ }5 e2 P C+ Q2 iThe IT Manager will provide hands on management of all aspects of the local IT operations for SYSCO Edmonton - managing the information systems on a cost effective basis while ensuring user demands are met. This person will work closely with the SYSCO Canada Corporate IT group (located in Calgary and Toronto).

§ Work with auditors (internal and external) – respond to requests, prepare response to audit reports6 A, }" n$ S" ?4 W# d* E$ S' H+ m
§ Hardware and software configuration and implementation9 K) P8 t1 b* V4 D' ^
§ Manage and track all technology assets including ensuring that all software licenses are documented and adhered to3 i, P5 K1 g: } @; k4 t
§ Ensure software and hardware standards and other policies are adhered to at all times
+ h- ^6 Q4 Y# B§ Perform network administration at the domain level; managing user accounts and network access7 J# M# b8 _4 h$ |* d, i' @7 I
§ Develop and maintain backup and restoration procedures
