The IT Small Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing day to day technical support for SYSCO Edmonton. Responsibilities will include equipment management and support, basic network support and troubleshooting.

§ Provide small systems technical support; troubleshoot problems and either resolve them independently or coordinate third party involvement in resolution 3 }9 Q/ h/ a8 |4 k$ b2 M! y
§ Hardware and software installation, configuration and implementation- h% N: `( d4 M6 z8 |
§ Ensure software and hardware standards and other policies are adhered to at all times4 k4 P! ?0 D& z( p, Z. _
§ Liaise with Corporate IT Helpdesk

§ Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties

% ]1 j8 h1 _! n5 @4 @3 v: KThe IT Manager will provide hands on management of all aspects of the local IT operations for SYSCO Edmonton - managing the information systems on a cost effective basis while ensuring user demands are met. This person will work closely with the SYSCO Canada Corporate IT group (located in Calgary and Toronto).

§ Reporting to the Director of Finance and management on a monthly basis on status of IT projects and initiatives

§ Manage and track all technology assets including ensuring that all software licenses are documented and adhered to4 _# o( ~8 \4 w5 V
§ Ensure software and hardware standards and other policies are adhered to at all times/ k1 g- n; O! {. J/ U4 @; ~0 N
§ Perform network administration at the domain level; managing user accounts and network access
