According to my knowledge, most motors with single phase, have two different windings, one for running and one for starting, their rotation directions are pre- fixed. 1 f3 } b2 K8 Z/ a * i& A" V c9 L/ i: ~But "all windings" motor, which has two same windings, if swap two leads of ONLY ONE winding, it will change the rotation.
