Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb3 l4 o, W5 ~; Z8 B5 z. S9 [& q* P
The gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then/ q5 }+ @. i' B8 a6 v
The gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume) ( W1 I) D% _; L$ `
After convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG 8 W9 h! m' L* J" K$ ^7 g 7 N6 _( J+ W) X$ h+ `9 ^( O# sOfficial gas mileage is MPG (City/Hwy) 4 cyl 24/33 v6 21/29 2 ?( V! T4 u" K1 n) E( v 9 M- F% x0 F. S! cConversion: ; o8 e* f# G' T6 R0 ?* E$ G1 Litre = 0.264172 Gallon9 i W4 A& s7 x
