Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb9 b( Y l+ K* F# g4 w6 S! q- f
The gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then) ?4 x5 T# B5 p0 L) D0 `$ S( z
The gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume) 9 Y: C! ?7 V8 b
After convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG5 D5 U; T) e) H; e

Official gas mileage is MPG (City/Hwy) 4 cyl 24/33 v6 21/296 A( K0 x" n; ]' u
% v" z& J" c; [- k3 [. L8 p

1 Litre = 0.264172 Gallon
