Two cutler –hammer advantage starters are doing the same thing:
; I# E* ~# n6 t! ~ After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. $ y0 h/ E% k0 n8 J- ~# Z

Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.+ S6 x& g% {' L$ c }
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.) U5 b) ~' O: s2 ]" @* W' S

It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. $ i! A5 {1 y1 O0 u

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
