After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. , X3 K1 e7 v/ [& y- n) a6 B

Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine. k5 q$ Z' p, h
The problem should be inside the bucket.

; q o7 }% t( h, g8 tWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
+ n" I. z! U [$ `. m0 f, F0 f, XUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.- @0 l) l2 O2 x% b$ @7 L# o
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.- g, h8 ^# T$ b: c; J, T
, y) m7 z* X; Q3 t \The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
" O- {+ Y! k' I. LThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.+ B& @! l7 D$ m; E& b' r
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. + x' r, V# G% r6 q, s# [& M# i

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. + X2 P$ |1 E3 k, v. u
