We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.% o9 v6 f' S! O8 G
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
& e ]8 T- e. a5 A2 wUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
3 f% b* |3 Z1 Z2 dConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

- [; c- d; k i' aThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
0 _1 n1 r' G5 Y+ t' b4 O! f7 y5 YThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
! w- L/ ^" y) }" k It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. ) d6 |& S3 ?- O0 U

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
