After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.* f7 }7 ~$ Y. K( u# d
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

, l# }& X( [; \6 f( b: |1 hWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.

Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

! K `9 U0 c- a. h% m: _. y/ lThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.6 L1 c' T# H/ @
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.6 ^5 q9 b3 m3 m0 c: C/ l/ a( h
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
