Position Responsibilities:
9 w0 u$ }  X% E$ F1 y" y! M•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
4 D  A3 o4 O1 H: Z* a1 B1 ~•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
% W( |( U2 r! k/ \•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
6 i2 i% r" H# K/ T! m•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

9 G6 E: r3 T8 b/ k•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required
Skills and Knowledge Required

•        Technical writing skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
