•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
) Y# J# s  X  @- p' l0 r& u1 n•        Identification and replication of software defects  ! Z7 ?- M: K3 |' f% w$ u
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ( |2 a  l. q2 ~3 H/ W- R, d# O
•        Managing customer expectations
3 e4 u7 t, M, q" u' w, d7 T•        Documentation of technical procedures
5 v* m2 Y& e9 y" }•        Trouble shooting client network issues 7 V5 W8 ~2 G" L7 p- B$ U
•        Optimizing system configurations  
! ]- B4 X- ~5 W& o" K•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin3 M4 M5 Q* b) c' W1 h- Q

Skills and Knowledge Required
( e5 K' P* H0 j5 B4 l* S•        Customer service skills , y' G" j6 k$ o% V* }
•        Technical writing skills % z8 C/ Z& o, _2 \7 e
•        C++ development skills
9 L( ^* e5 ]" V# i. q2 |- c•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.. }9 ^4 z3 e$ I2 W; e% j
•        Network trouble shooting skills
' f: o2 j* a8 U' @•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills * E7 \: f# A: g" Q
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
9 \2 J& g% `5 L9 Q4 n8 O+ |4 X. E% @•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education
0 \# ^, {' ~4 ^" N•        Technical degree or diploma
: A, A9 x/ a" ]3 F* V•        2 years experience in a technical support role
