• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control4 V3 L7 V& `( W, w" k) `" k( I
• Identification and replication of software defects
8 r- u4 l/ p+ a1 g+ a• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
