Position Responsibilities:. t- [% j* X2 x) {7 L
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
) C( U! E! {& m4 K• Identification and replication of software defects & e8 D9 {. K3 r& H- C+ ? ~
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ) m9 V* o W: Q3 t( l% O) x
• Managing customer expectations 0 h7 G9 x9 l0 _# | J3 W! X8 H+ ?
• Documentation of technical procedures
2 g8 e, T$ ?' i: s: K( r• Trouble shooting client network issues % m! G6 _' }+ j7 }
• Optimizing system configurations ! d: W F* E" s6 S0 j& Z) F, g
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 7 Z1 J% e8 J0 m- P$ T- F3 \! F
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Technical degree or diploma
