•        Identification and replication of software defects  
( ^3 U- `' K% v  t( F•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  . m; c6 q' j( R+ [  h: d
•        Managing customer expectations 5 `4 m% _0 A! V. y1 y8 x# M0 f
•        Documentation of technical procedures
, k6 V6 B) P1 i6 o* O& u3 G•        Trouble shooting client network issues
1 M& A! u$ X; j- v$ D7 T•        Optimizing system configurations

Skills and Knowledge Required
+ B+ z% C  w4 ?& _- H: m: W•        Customer service skills * r' Y/ h2 B$ X4 _4 f+ l! v
•        Technical writing skills % W; l* ]" |3 X( b
•        C++ development skills
2 A% A" w9 d( v+ g4 h# j" a•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
. V4 I6 I% Z8 N3 z•        Network trouble shooting skills ! ~1 Z3 M* i7 y, y9 d. {& B( t+ B
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 9 ^& f& q9 x( d9 n* Y
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
