• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control3 m; ]& _- m, f8 d0 M/ p2 d
• Identification and replication of software defects & B% }9 B; h$ k: G3 p! f
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
