Position Responsibilities:
: S# a1 t0 x0 Q•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! |; p% n, ^8 K) K* r5 e6 J9 }3 G* c•        Identification and replication of software defects  ' N! H6 \  }% j6 y( n
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
% w' ^) [5 U3 U1 y! `•        Managing customer expectations
  r' ]# w: u  x7 W3 J•        Documentation of technical procedures & e3 B, j1 I  J) F
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
8 B& I: [- m1 }: D•        Optimizing system configurations  
6 y) u9 u5 E& P•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 9 G; q+ ~7 e7 ~( }, P+ h- [9 u
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
- J. {/ }7 x( x, t; F•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training

Skills and Knowledge Required
# H; N9 P. w% ^! B( S•        Customer service skills
& I7 L! f; z8 E0 m1 B! u1 {•        Technical writing skills
  G" _+ p  |+ J) Z•        C++ development skills
: I2 W/ K$ Z+ g( K# e  r•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
- U5 b4 z" Q/ o: P•        Network trouble shooting skills . c/ i* _! f& J9 m
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills ) O1 m  ?& n) G
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments 8 g" s3 V+ k  }
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) 3 B, ?8 e" b, f& }
•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education

•        2 years experience in a technical support role6 h' k7 j6 I. W' e; k0 Q# }7 ~/ W
