•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control0 T. S% r9 \9 L5 _" c
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
; u+ {1 S/ X" Z& K% e•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
