•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
& x7 ~% r. S" B•        Identification and replication of software defects  
& u# D9 K. T: T8 K•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
- q7 ]2 ^% H8 n•        Managing customer expectations
9 l, [2 j1 ?& k2 {0 ~* a9 g•        Documentation of technical procedures 4 e  F, M# V  h% w$ k2 @" e& s
•        Trouble shooting client network issues ' _- O$ O* S; `- a. s! [; ]8 G  X
•        Optimizing system configurations  1 B* m7 c# \8 u# \- c
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required) B8 v% Q" |. l" q" n* l' i
•        Customer service skills ; V; \# s$ w. \# B. i, B
•        Technical writing skills % X$ C; E/ d1 }' N
•        C++ development skills
/ P0 e& I  m( V•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

6 a! V- M9 a/ U$ G& U4 x•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

Experience and Education
8 t3 Y& O3 L9 X•        Technical degree or diploma
+ n- ]7 }$ Z; O) V9 K•        2 years experience in a technical support role
