Position Responsibilities:
: S# a1 t0 x0 Q• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! |; p% n, ^8 K) K* r5 e6 J9 }3 G* c• Identification and replication of software defects ' N! H6 \ }% j6 y( n
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
% w' ^) [5 U3 U1 y! `• Managing customer expectations
r' ]# w: u x7 W3 J• Documentation of technical procedures & e3 B, j1 I J) F
• Trouble shooting client network issues
8 B& I: [- m1 }: D• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
