• Identification and replication of software defects
( ^3 U- `' K% v t( F• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients . m; c6 q' j( R+ [ h: d
• Managing customer expectations 5 `4 m% _0 A! V. y1 y8 x# M0 f
• Documentation of technical procedures
