该买什么样的房子呢？

我现在是ua的学生，因为现在的房租是1000左右，我准备买个20左右的condo。

看了几个房子后，把大小定在1000sqft, 2 bedroom， 1 bathroom, 但必须要离LRT近，因为实在坐不起bus... 那么如果您站在我的角度的话，您会买这样的房子吗？会买哪里呢？ Belvedere? clareview? downtown？应该不应该考虑25万左右的townhouse呢？因为没有condo fee?
要不要等到4月22日后买呢？是不是那时会便宜点啊?

还有，有没有好的agent介绍一下，如果喜欢我马上就可以买。

strongly recommend: Royal Garden. this community has the best Edmonton high schools. There are walk-up condos just close to the high schools. It's a very popular place for parents who want to send their kids to the schools.

I bought a condo there years ago when I was a UA student. And I sold it after 1.5 year.

You can take bus there. And the community is quiet and safe. I liked there very much, and I still missed my 2-bedrm condo now.

打错了，是4月19日，房贷的条款会有变化，可能影响房价吧。。。

Which means you bought in 2007 at a peak price and sold in 2008 at a bottom price, losing money...

坐LRT一样要买车票的啊, 和坐BUS是一样的. 虽然没人在门口看票, 查票查到了更麻烦
