If the brake warning light comes on when you apply the brakes, it means that hydraulic pressure has been lost due to a leak somewhere in the brake system. 7 r( c C6 j! Y2 V: m6 eIf the brake light stays on, that means the sensor is faulty.
I thought the question was about the ABS light on? Unless the brake warning light has anything to do with the ABS light...$ @8 O+ T+ q; Q: X
, z% l! _3 r/ T# t: z" R3 pI am having the same problem with my car which I just discovered last night after I picked up my car from CDN Tire for the tire change. I sent it back to them for a checkup and they just called me that it was not caused by the tire change. (Note that both my ABS and Traction Control lights are on and I hear that clunking noise from the brake when starting my car). I will see what they find after they notified me that they'd charge me inspection fee.
