1 k6 N8 W; L" Y1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.+ e" ~4 [) w# V4 C2 H' K& O1 c2 ~
2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.
1 M2 M- y3 v( g' r3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.% S$ \ B7 q/ F& H; n8 T1 G) \. s
4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.
1 Z* \/ F4 Y& I+ k9 M5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
! X/ c* h H* S3 a( _6 w1 g/ v6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄.
