The energy giant said the 125,000-barrel-per-day unit was shut down after the fire, and it is currently assessing damage.

9 q: h4 E0 x/ Y% a' MSuncor has been plagued by a series fires at its oilsands operations in the past five months, suffering three fires since October in the upgraders which convert bitumen into synthetic crude oil.
