Which lot is better?

Sorry, can not type Chinese. Could you help to look at these two lots, which one is better?  c5 C( s  W$ o9 z6 z* J

44, bigger lot, Conner lot, close to the pond, and not facing school yard.

0 h. ^5 e1 Z! u2 d7 U8 u44 is good too except for the narrow font (only 34 feet) and you will facing other people's back yard.1 Q- }7 v( F' E

You don't want the baseball hit your windows, do you? School back yard is good for some people, and bad for some people(no privacy) . $ b1 a9 v9 _5 Q: t

lot 34对于我来说是最好的啦,虽然钥匙圈是宁静

以性价比来说,Lot 44 in Block 5 合算一些。

2 J% i; e+ e# s" D; Elot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万,实际价高出两万,虽然背靠绿地,但学校绿地不足以溢价2万。背靠绿地由劣到优顺序为:
/ Y/ F2 N, J! S' ~% E8 g高压线,高速公路,学校,公园,小湖, Ravine, 大湖。

当然是44好。前面通小池塘,后面是小路。小路南侧是池塘和贵房子。车库在北侧,客厅在南侧正好和邻居相隔较远,客厅可以做两侧窗,或者做成八角形的格局。

6 q' d: p  Q+ N, S46虽说是靠学校绿地,但那块绿地地势高于房子,不爽。

房子的射影不是方形的。在最窄的地方只有车库,34肯定够用。等到了要摆客厅的进深,宽度肯定已经不止34了。具体pocket形状要拿开发商的图纸和建筑商一起讨论如何利用最大面宽。

另外有一点疑问,WST回帖中说  “Lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万”, 38 是pocket size吗?我看着两个pocket都是40的pocket 呀?( B& h* F7 R% B" y2 `
还有site plan 上注明44是RC (Restrictive covenant),有没有什么说道?
