I am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province. 7 T3 K8 R4 Y( v$ F* u0 qI have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.' O& d; f% v7 m2 g* L

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
