about the kids insurance proof

) S/ I4 l0 t2 t' U# lMy son have arrived at Edmonton to join me one week ago and have enrolled into a public school. I am afraid of my son get sick just like in China. BTW, I have work permit for one year here as a visiting scholar at UofA.

I want to know if my son can get the insurance free just like me here.
