5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water; }7 |3 V7 U/ z& Q9 g9 b$ H6 A

2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 2 B! ~, |- ]: F! i
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me) s+ _( j, m2 e; q
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
6 @8 P% L2 j/ J* w3 D5 b5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
