Pudding Recipe

egg yolk 1

6 ?+ t9 G) F, \5 P# r( t4 L1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)3 x Q3 M8 i8 s, F
2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.
/ m+ \! @4 I) ]3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
; J! s+ ~7 ]5 k5 F0 U8 @4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
- k' e6 Z, k' Q {' K5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

sugar 40g+30g

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled4 s2 W! e& w, o. a# V9 w) x' x
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
& D( F1 [" T7 [ R. C' Y' k, z$ E3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)4 f+ a d+ d( S; w; w
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well* ?: o6 @! R3 W" g/ {# Y
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

第一種做出來有一半超好吃, i5 e' d' Q7 m9 F# R
下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋. g/ J. m0 e- \; S6 A0 K0 j
