CEC移民，语言要求

请问通过CEC已经移民的朋友们：

主申请人达到了CEC的工作经验和雅思成绩的要求。但是副申请人（配偶）没有加拿大工作经验，也没有雅思成绩，这样能交申请吗？

因为看到guide上面讲"Each applicant must demonstrates that they meet the minimum language requirements........."，所以对这个问题没有把握。

副申请人是不需要雅思成绩，但有的话更好。

As long as 主申请人达到了CEC的工作经验和雅思成绩的要求, it will be OK.
