* l4 c2 a+ D$ bThe Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

r4 D" C8 z2 k. `1 T+ D· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.9 M" K) _/ H6 g3 p- r+ l o J
6 Y: P- V2 K% e· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.9 C* c) o8 v5 U- {8 b

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.
