这个时候能学车吗

请问过来人， 这个时候,学车,然后考驾照,是不是会非常不好过啊,因为路矿的原因?
本来想学呢，但是有点犹豫,请高人指点

任何时候都可以学开车。但要是我不会现在学。因为现在路上车开得都很慢，不是正常状态的路感和手感。我想这也是浪条想说的意思。
