outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1 o7 _# I- O2 C6 @9 s% J3 Z1 V5 K2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts) R! Z1 P0 `7 X; R, p8 k; }8 m
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.) b- h! Z5 f6 \7 [
