outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：4 b6 a& f( b- L. }) s

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add . _6 c2 U0 p+ A$ b0 M
/ d8 f' {/ w! _4 g2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts1 a$ g/ w" i2 ~. T; R4 {* z
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
