outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

2 b& p3 i& Z' e+ R7 l5 I, Foutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

$ w5 p$ ^7 t# r0 ?+ U  n1 H; c1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

7 x0 C' U" X. N2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
" Z6 N8 W. x* M5 L" R+ u0 `& {, WThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.
