最近下了个offer买一个condo,是remove所有condition后close the deal,but 昨天遇到个住在我买的那个building里的邻居,告诉我前一个owner曾经故意地把整个房间用水淹了,我那个unit下面一层的天花板都影响了, " L: q4 D7 g. d& I不晓的这种情况下我该怎么办?8 |, ^, d' a6 p5 D
1.如果我不想要这个房子了,可不可以因为对方刻意隐瞒了这个事实而拿回我的押金。 6 m, ^2 {0 X% j# g2.如果我还是要这个房子,以后所有的整修的费用,包括楼下那家住户的整修费用该谁出呢?而且问题是,前个owner已经破产了,这房子是银行收回来的。" j& b6 T# F4 h) }& F

like i said, this is a foreclosure property. AS IS. The bank doesn't have to disclose the fact to you even they don't know that.

yes, we did not do " 房检", when we negociated the price, we removed the condition to get our price, since the condo looks good
