院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享 g! B( |$ Z* O! O; i. x

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
+ ^ ~, y p7 V+ X6 H1 cup water 250 ml , n x9 G8 U, s9 R3 Q
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 5 V& ]' ~( b& S4 F& U9 O4 E
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 6 F+ X& V: M8 ]% h8 S
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ) \# B9 R+ O# E% |: @
) y& r w9 L" I" B: F
Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

*Grate the rind from the lemon and store in freezer for making “S’toons ‘n Stuff Muffins”.
