院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

1 cup water 250 ml n* [# v# t9 A d) p
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml # w* C8 X* `4 {4 H- r2 ^2 S/ p
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
+ _, e+ g4 t$ kjuice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.* P) c4 T" c B+ R" H d
