院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享" F" y6 K' d% B. m2 C% V

) ]* P/ n% k' H' V8 s0 I3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
" E1 e4 q/ v6 ^, X- j3 z1 cup water 250 ml
$ m6 d9 t* ~8 r* m; ^; z5 A s% f2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
9 ?0 b9 |6 W$ g6 F8 g: G! f1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ' A0 W5 N) g5 c+ Y; ]
juice of 1 lemon* 1 5 v; M. C" F( G
6 P9 L0 ^. O( o9 \! u$ ]$ q9 q9 oPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
