院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE / C1 `! ]( Z( t# d/ b7 f& Z
* C9 r, L2 B9 Z1 S! |. X8 k4 c3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 8 f% P9 G0 T4 f- E4 f0 _$ W
1 cup water 250 ml
' m0 t, W& e, |3 e7 y$ H2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
o5 D( h% f' a8 Y5 p- M* q1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
1 E) F6 E0 f- l% Ujuice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

% [) C/ T( |3 R$ z% g) uSlice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!

*Grate the rind from the lemon and store in freezer for making “S’toons ‘n Stuff Muffins”.
