院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享( j2 A0 `# M/ ~3 Z2 o

3 J- j7 X. |" }6 C( n3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
# [ x& N6 ]7 N7 |1 cup water 250 ml
5 Q0 C& g# ]+ x4 u2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
' j: }3 U% g. q6 f R, Y( N: m! ]) v1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
' n4 ^4 G; R4 O+ r4 Fjuice of 1 lemon* 1 1 p/ {3 F7 I* \& U* _$ R" e
9 ~+ q7 v3 r& _4 K7 P7 DPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.. f& K5 j& f) @- x( I
