Job Duties / Responsibilities* V0 e& d# V1 z
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 3 u( r! _* l. i/ k" ^$ `: k- x
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments." k( Q; ]4 T' C$ n
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
, D+ L7 U* u% j( A( u% x* X9 y• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;# [% j( U0 I6 B# w
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
! L: ?0 l" r# U. n• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; 1 F" g4 M7 O, [
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

Education / Experience; R0 W+ ]9 F, q2 r9 m( _* |
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
3 g+ `' n# V+ [ I/ u4 ^$ w2 \• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
3 n1 \& ]9 W7 G+ f+ x) {+ k• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; * p( C0 k& T( M9 X9 f7 `
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
