Job Duties / Responsibilities
0 o" H* \ h6 R( f$ ~' e• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) - f! T- {6 \! u/ ~' A/ n
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
( {, d' \' p4 E0 r, F4 l& w• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
0 ^6 @( l" D, T: ^4 {3 ]! `• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
- \0 |8 [0 w# c7 r Y V: K$ j! ~• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; , p6 {, t, k! a" Q
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; ) p' w# p2 F8 Z& M
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

Education / Experience' u% K. E* {2 q% u9 U
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; , B# v/ x7 ?6 K" ^2 n
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
( }8 [& E3 A$ [8 b9 B. I• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; 4 R$ t! |: ?' A3 d6 L
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
