In this and any flu season, it is important to take responsibility for

2 [- g- z% D, J- b2 n) Acontact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and
5 n M1 C6 x+ P8 B; ^* D& l* ]# _; E7 gdoorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and
, s6 O& k. ^) W' \5 A$ M! dthen unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.3 Y) w2 ?- ^; Z c, y7 y; p7 v& k
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your
, {- U6 l$ I% I, r# ycough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta4 ^' t# {7 Q9 b" ?' Y! }7 K& c# B6 x
Health and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of5 i2 k0 ]/ e7 `( F) A+ w& S
