C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

$ F# O4 g1 }! C- g. c5 y! F4 P8 w9 U•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
2 A* L8 l6 ?1 s& j! |•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
5 t1 v2 w: r+ q; s4 z•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
( R  G0 [( Q# K4 ?•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
- N6 v' r+ W% E9 B  M6 I( z•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
  u* |* m4 d$ ^- }, u•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
1 h! _- T) X1 p# q8 c& QMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
9 k" g+ k" h1 u8 r1 D. C•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
+ B( \5 N* E  x/ U•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
