C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
% b/ o' r" e: R% E3 M, n•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
  \$ q2 d" Q* i. E•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
8 A0 f% W- I) d•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
3 T' Y( p7 I* F" q; p/ F7 w2 M•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
2 T0 @" r# s7 A3 Z/ f% S1 X•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
/ H3 r! m3 V0 U2 a1 X•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.

  E9 l* o0 J7 \' ]  i. X8 {•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
$ U& ^6 @1 S3 i9 V5 J- _2 I4 _9 E  N•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
6 F; j8 ]  o) b  o/ X* Q+ x8 A3 \•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
) Q8 L6 U; W+ R) P$ @, V! U•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
. w% R+ R$ l# V; q. P; E7 X•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

. \8 d& T( ^4 @* d  _3 l6 ~' V  z# e•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
