6 Q& o( C& `* L# \+ G; b! z4 I/ RC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
$ P+ ~, t/ X7 M) u8 e8 y/ |/ _•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
* i5 r9 S% f" U; h- P. L5 k•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
& d  n% g3 o( H3 n4 M" r/ j& V  |•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;

•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Q* }2 d. ]; Q. G! l5 O•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
- Z8 T* `8 q5 z+ B•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
  {2 g% M- |  `; a•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
) T8 V5 y% F. ~•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
