* w% w& o5 |8 H; ]- Y+ h! i4 N* RC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
+ n# G0 [+ w6 O. Y, J* H& x•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
& K- L0 P; ~/ b. k9 g3 e2 B•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
% L/ w( {9 ?1 U# F( s0 T' c•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
' Q2 T2 G( s/ d# \- G; F•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
5 V  b  x, j: s& i7 J# D•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
& C- U* E9 j& x% {: k: s  P1 R/ HMandatory Requirements:
" N2 `' S; Y1 W* n1 ?  R1 |•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
4 z- n( \. x# Y2 J•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
8 w* a0 L9 w6 E$ [•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
# L/ S( d2 a# h5 P•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
