C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
" l9 A4 h/ ], @3 \; X•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
$ z: V9 s* e6 b3 [8 }•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
! M' |  J0 F1 V3 B2 U•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
, f! a8 G7 ^5 L+ o•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
! u2 a; k2 C* Y1 G2 `# w•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
1 w1 A, R: p/ E•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
7 l* I$ S# C7 V5 M# k  Z•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
/ F, p' [/ ]+ T5 d. V•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
