Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.0 V( S. h: Q: S
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.! l p+ C# I# B+ H L
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.4 L& d+ D# s2 G

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
