• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
& Y/ R. l% V) m* x" t• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.6 F7 g5 v( k' r9 D4 {' a
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
1 v/ \& w' L) [$ }: s" `5 O4 w• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.- t- D6 \  s  f, g7 F
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.5 c% t+ w& G# `% I
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
6 ?  z0 d" ^) F: @  P% o3 `0 k- m• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
7 l# r. d& G9 I. q# A; I5 t• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
1 A/ c2 ^0 R4 S5 b" i- A• Order business cards as required.  L9 U7 @9 t6 Z% e+ W6 ~0 _' _
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
" b+ t0 y4 v, A9 e• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
5 c! l( y: ?' @9 a/ W* ]( f• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.0 j  Q9 W7 o, p7 @/ Y5 L
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
* Y( E# }$ ?* ^2 T8 ^• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

7 Z; ?! G" c7 M4 L* LEducation / Experience' X3 R* B+ c! f! `5 J3 \. e7 ]1 h
• Grade 12 or equivalent
8 Z. a) L1 X6 t: O2 h& N! |• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
' n  a- y& T% D% O% N% i8 p• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
6 E" Z+ u' r. H' u6 H3 W9 B% O• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
* s& W8 |9 [) @• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
- q0 n* q$ _$ Z• Attention to detail is required. 8 ^: c! p/ ]. _
• High level of customer service skills is a must.: W9 I# K; S8 Y. o
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.$ T9 B' p8 y+ s0 i$ G5 f1 P. ?; e
• Shorthand/Word processing skills.

• Prior work experience with SAP is an asset.
