• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.; d. X. Y; E$ a+ U- v9 r2 J* C
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.6 j) N, x* L3 z! B5 T4 p( n, Y
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
7 x- r4 E# S; @• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.0 o7 l) _/ ~7 E/ l9 p
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.: e5 x9 \9 P4 R3 t1 t; u( G
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.9 B6 K: q: i- G+ h0 ]0 I; T" x
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.' {$ ^8 ^$ I5 L n6 }1 g# F
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.& L: ^& W( W+ V6 [8 L: @

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

* r1 C. o2 t6 A! s• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Grade 12 or equivalent, U9 s6 X, c, n' G
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)& ?2 H" O; h! _+ i" m" D' N* x6 Q
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience) u2 S) p1 N K5 q, e
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
