Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
2 p! N8 e8 s3 F• SAP match reporting and monthly management
0 i9 h# t& H/ \4 w# T0 E+ v/ `: q• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
& F+ N, g+ H7 N2 I% S" W9 C0 D7 d• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.3 \2 U' ~& v$ J6 t5 F# _6 }" T
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.% A- |+ M& L* \3 Z0 E. @
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.+ x6 N. p B# o+ q3 Y
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.! b `. R8 v* r
• Order business cards as required.

) G' O, T7 z! }* J• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

0 T$ z/ ^7 W1 j" F! L- y• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)) i2 ^6 P, I, F' w
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
9 N! M+ Y* a; A• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater! `* Z3 ` g* g' ?! h/ E
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 4 s8 ~4 U1 u. P. e8 a
• Attention to detail is required.
