Job Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
+ W6 m' T$ ~; f) B  y7 |• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
* V$ x3 G2 G* n' X• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
5 h0 B3 d' O) b• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

! B! ]* T  Y8 k6 ^, Y( i( b# a6 S2 a• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
8 ?+ [3 y( C, ?1 }• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
; J7 ?3 K$ g( g, C0 H• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
7 `3 J, V# r7 x) p• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
