We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.& i% }' Y% A H" d8 y9 Z* r

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations " v( r [( a; O1 Z2 l
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings * D- w+ l# K% r6 q
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
4 K2 K3 S* K3 ^$ R/ l• Promoting TBL products and services
; }0 G3 ^9 ?1 C* G1 `• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
- O- ~0 U) V1 @2 y6 L% [• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
) o+ L# f% h( A% t& ~• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta % _9 [/ f5 A, ]( L# @ n$ z/ ]
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry+ O; H/ Q4 t1 k% ^/ Y
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
9 k! h$ X+ ?+ _5 L+ d• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.

 Professional, diplomatic and self-starter
