Position Summary

9 \4 y f. S3 ^" m) @4 {• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
1 p% O, L2 o- k( Z$ m& z) `• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
4 _, X! {( e; q: s* b! p• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach % }9 k6 a+ F3 N! T; [
• Promoting TBL products and services
9 {% v- c' [! W# S• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance , v; p( A/ C' ?) L
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
8 W. T' P$ z5 |% G ]) _( k3 v• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 4 E$ t' N$ C5 b# k& U# m
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry

• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times 4 [5 z* [+ q; f9 o2 F! Z% }

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
