  Y' ^0 _+ Q$ x0 f+ T& \Our mandate is to provide access to information and resources that will assist entrepreneurs and the small business community to start and grow their business. The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.5 n5 r# X0 F9 P

) g* t6 p. Z! B5 a0 W9 QPosition Summary" B& L& Q3 b7 D6 Y

% Y5 x# D* p' \- F•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations " R- G5 b9 O( ?' C7 K" r
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 4 E0 m  K% F; p" r9 X6 {2 {% v/ D
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach ! y7 M3 g# ~0 O( B
•        Promoting TBL products and services
- {- r( Z) T( Y# Z, T- X2 ^•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
; P& h, e& F. }, g2 E) B•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
" R$ l; V: c+ H/ x•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
$ j7 Y+ R; k( k+ T% A•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
1 i8 y1 I; ?2 \' u* f2 F•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program - C' Y2 ]  X+ @' c1 Y& E& t. e1 L
•        Arranging catering for various meetings 7 \0 w  w, O  h" S8 M
•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
$ g! a% q# D) U+ I5 w3 j+ e  ?•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times ) F/ L! k7 }. N; R) Y9 I& v
•        Other duties as assigned. # c8 @7 J. M8 w1 ]) b" o

•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling: O; c( |4 V- L
•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.

        Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization3 G- \6 C* _2 x4 B! t1 u8 k

        Continuous learning is essential to perform job effectively
