& u8 k2 L5 C  j, n7 PSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
# o, }5 I8 p: \4 o( i5 mAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
: x( a- S/ L$ j: B% ^  DAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
# ]7 ~: y; n- w' s7 PResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
* _9 x8 Q: @" o% ?Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
) z# B# }2 O9 @Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
