Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
& B% E% n, O, ]& }. F1 YAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
4 A2 D. B* W9 D  NAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
2 m$ H# T; \: JPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
