out of province inspection and modification

I have an United States vehicle and need to have out of country and out of province inspection, and some modifications. I went to Ford Dealer, and they told me that the modification of daytime running lights need to around CAD 600.
% u' g7 }0 h2 v: R1 pDoes someone recommend a good and cheaper place to such modification?

. U( u( K! m$ g3 @$ m+ W. NAnother question: Could someone recommend a good Ford Dealer or other shop that can do good mechanic job and also the price is much more reasonable?
